I require a $50 deposit for each kid reserved. For the time being I am only accepting 2 buck reservations per senior doe and 1 doe reservation per breeding. I will not accept any buck kid reservations out of first fresheners, but after critical evaluation of both dam and kid they may be available at a later date. When making a reservation please note who your first choice and 2nd choice breeding is as their will only be one “second choice” slot available per breedings for buck reservations and doe reservations. Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
If you would like the option of reserving a kid from our herd, we require a $50 deposit per kid reserved. Reservations are made based on the order of which they are received, and is not made until deposit is received. If your choice of kid is not available or it does not meet our high quality standards, we will gladly refund your deposit or transfer it to another kid if that is what you’d prefer. There is no refund on cancelled orders. Prices quoted are for pre-ordered kids picked up by 6 weeks of age. Any animal not picked up by the time that they are 6 weeks old are subject to boarding fees unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that Nubians can be born any color and we cannot guarantee that kids will be born a specific color or pattern. If a kid is rejected due to its coloring it is considered a cancelled order and will not be refunded.
Discounts are offered to Youth in 4H & FFA, and on multiple animal purchases. We will notify you via Email/Facebook/Messenger when your desired kid is born, and if no response is received in 7 days the assumption will be made that the order is cancelled. The remaining balance due on the kid will be due within 10 days of the notification. If that balance is not paid within 10 days and other arrangements haven’t been made then the order is considered void and the kid may be offered to another buyer. The deposit and any other payments given will be forfeited. We reserve the right to retain any animal on the sales list to retain in the herd, or withdraw from a sale if said animal does not meet our standards.
Payments on mature animals will hold the animal in your name until pickup within a 14 day time-frame. If the animal is not picked up within the 14 day time-frame, and other arrangements have not been already made, then the animal may be offered for sale and/or boarding fees will be applied.
